日本でいちばん大切にしたい会社訪問

長野市にある「中央タクシー」さんを訪問してきました。
中央タクシーさんは、法政大学教授坂本光司先生の著書
「日本でいちばん大切にしたい会社３」で紹介された会社です。
昨日、会長の「宇都宮恒久」さんとお会いすることが出来ました。
宇都宮会長と約２時間もお話をし、会長の会社に対する思い、
社員にに対する思い、お客さんに対する思いを聞かせて頂き
中央タクシーさんが繁栄する理由の一端がわかった気がします。
　　
　　中央さんの理念　「お客様が先、利益は後」　に基づいた

行動がすべてに行き渡っていることを感じました。難しいことを
やっているわけではない、誰でもできることをやり続けることの
大切なことが、改めて解りました。
これからの我社の経営、社員の行動指針に活かしていきたいと
思います。
